- Students who have successfully completed the courses they have to take and the Summer Internship application and have completed the credit sufficient for graduation according to the applicable Regulations, their situations are discussed in the Graduation Commission and the College Board of Directors and a decision for graduation is taken.
- Our students who have been decided to graduate will apply to the Student Affairs Office with their Student Identity Cards. Students who have lost their Student Identity Card are required to bring the "Lost Identity Document" from the Police Center.
- Our students who apply for graduation procedures need to take the "Disconnection Document" from the Student Affairs Office and have it signed in the relevant places.
- Students who submit the "Disconnection Document" to the Student Affairs Office after filling it out are given a "Temporary Graduation Document" if their Diplomas are not ready.
- Our students who receive the "Temporary Graduation Document" are required to bring the original of this document when they come to receive the originals of their Diplomas.
- It is a condition that the Diploma or Temporary Graduation Document is delivered to the student himself or his attorney provided that it is given by the Notary.
- In order to be able to process by proxy, it is necessary to have the "Student Identity Card" of the student and a photocopy of the Identity Card of the attorney.
