Important Announcement About SGK Employment Entry Declaration !!!!

On 23 June 2025, 30 June 2025, and 21 July 2025, students who will start their internships can obtain the SGK Employment Entry Declaration from the day the internship begins. 

To access the document:

1- Log in to the E-Government Gateway at www.turkiye.gov.tr.

2- Type “4A Employment Entry-Exit Declaration” in the search section and query.

3- You can create your document from the Social Security Institution / 4A Employment Entry Exit Declaration screen.
