Announcement About Applications for Excused Midterm Exams

In the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year, our students who could not participate in the midterm exams due to their excuses must apply for the Excuse Form available at https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu/KullaniciGirisi by 23:59 on November 19, 2025, to be able to take the make-up midterm exams.

 
Students who wish to apply online must check and approve the information that appears after logging in and follow the steps indicated below.

 
- They must enter the course and course instructor information and click the “Add Course Information” button.
- They must briefly state their reasons for not being able to attend the Midterm Exam,
- If they have mandatory excuses that need to be documented, they must upload the relevant documents (medical report, death certificate, etc.) in PDF format,
 
After filling in the fields indicated with (*) completely, they must click the “Submit Application to Unit” button to complete the process.

 
Applications for the make-up exam of University Elective Courses (ÜSD) will be made to the unit where the course is offered.
